Clean, great value hotel, the location was marvellous really close to the shops, restaurants, and Langland Bay. We liked their freshly prepared and locally-sourced breakfast with fruits and the poached egg, as example. The personnel was easy going, and the host too.

Clean and modern en-suite bathrooms, unique room amenities, gorgeous views from certain rooms
Parking can be a nightmare during busy periods!!! The room sizes felt smaller than expected, a disappointment. The outdated decor in certain areas really detracted from the overall ambiance!!!

The old Victorian house exuded charm, and the hospitality was really good. Breakfast offerings were varied and delicious, including a standout homemade dish that left a lasting impression. Street parking was a challenge and the atmosphere felt a bit congested during busy times. Despite its other shortcomings, the comfort of our bed was nice, we were ready for our explorations during the day.
